hola

my name is charlotte. i live in england where the weather leaves much to be desired, but then again we brits are never satisfied completely. i though the best way to describe myself was to say some things that i though best represented me. here we go.....

1. the 80's

i adore EVERYTHING from this time. the hair, the music, the films. it's just so lively. my friends would mainly say they would want to live in the 60's. i beg to differ. i may dress like a hippie sometimes but i really hate the music. sorry.

2. quirky

i asked one dear friend what word she thought would best describe me. she came up with quirky. which i quite like.

3. Chuck Norris

this man is immense. no doubt about it. i have a poster of him above my bed, with 50 facts about him.

4. KOL

the kings of leon. my fave band. im going to use this bit to talk about music in general though. i love music - it's a big part of my life. i'm learning to play the piano (very slowly and not very surely) but i'm trying. thats what counts.... isn't it?

anyhoo, im into most types of music. anything in fact. and when i say anything, i mean it. im not one of those people who go "i'm into everything, but i hate this, this, this and this". i like live music best. there are some good local live music places near where i live. i experienced my first mosh pit the other week..... it was interesting

5. boys

i will admit it. i am male obsessed. i'm not girlriend material - i hate romance films, i'm hardly a looker and my idea of fun is watching a zombie film and laughing at the FX. however this does not deter me and hopefully one day, someone will love my 6'1, not quite skinny, clumsy frame. until that day comes, i'll just perv on every man over 6ft. and i am happy to admit that.

6. my friends

my group of friends are not perfect. and we don't agree on everything. and we look nothing alike. i love that. makes good conversation. i'm lucky to know the people i do. they are amazing, each in their own way. i'm sure i will talk more about my fuzzy munchkins in future posts, but until then just imagine the fantastic four, but with 3 extra members, a good dose of eyeliner and a truck load of hormones.

7. fashion

as far as fashion goes, i appreciate good style but do not fly the flag for good clothing taste. i live in the same pair of jeans (they do get washed!) and my idea of getting glammed up it some liquid eyeliner and putting my hair in curlers. however, if you are looking for someone with good taste, my dear friend holly has a blog so check it out - just search firebornangel and it should pop up :D

thats it i think. not quite sure what im going to put in this blog. hopefully my ramblings are interesting reading enough. if not, then try my twitter. frequently_over.

i think next time i might create a guide to chavs. educate your minds on the ludacris lifestyle of a chav and how to be one!!
